Rob Smith was extremely helpful and efficient in mounting my tv to the wall.

Pros - Rob was punctual, professional, courteous, and did an absolutely stellar job cleaning up after the work was done. There were no surprises during the installation or billing process. Rob was upfront, transparent, and detailed with his proposal. When it came to the TV installation, he paid close attention to fit, finish, location, and height — resulting in a clean, tasteful outcome. Cons - there were no cons More pros - Rob also handled networking for our office, and our IT department was equally impressed. Their feedback: “We rarely see everything work perfectly after a rewiring like this, but all of the connections tested flawlessly.” Without hesitation, I would hire Wave for anything even remotely related to Audio, Visual, Networking, or Security solutions.

We used Wave Technology to install our TV’s and Sonos in our condo in Marco Island. Rob also helped us get a TV uniquely mounted on our lanai terrace with a drop down feature so we don’t lose our beautiful view. He also helped set up our YouTube TV and other streaming services. Rob is great to work with - always timely, professional, respectful and really knows his stuff. His attention to detail and midwest roots show in the way he handles clients and it was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend!
