The crew of Waste Management do an excellent job. They also provide the garbage pails. They do respond if you call them to pick up something big or heavy.

I don't dislike anything. I like the fact that I just have to pull my container out to the curb and they come by and pick it up and leave my container. My experience with them is excellent. When I need something from them, they deliver.
