Ready in timely fashion

They have been very good with my husband before he passed away for all of his drugs. They do an automatic refill of all the drugs and that was very helpful. They used to call me and let me know when my meds are ready for me to pick up. They do have an automatic calling facility. They are always very prompt and very friendly and the particular pharmacy I use is extremely helpful. As for their communications sometimes I don't get the messages and because of that I don't go to pick them up and they put the drugs back into the shelves. Some of them say that there is a 7 day policy and a couple of others say 48 hour policy so they have not been consistent on what their policy is for their automatic refills, when they do it and when they notify because nobody calls me in person since it is an automatic system.

They are not really a local provider, but a national chain.

They've doing a really good job. I've been very happy with what they did.

It went great! Walgreens is a very well stocked large supermarket/general store and pharmacy. The staff were efficient and professional. I have 2 small children so sometimes the less stops the better. It's great that I can get so much done in this one store. The drive through option for the pharmacy is a nice feature, too.
