Vigilant Security

Vigilant Security was fantastic! From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the final install they were prompt, professional and easy to work with. I had Vigilant Security install an outdoor camera system, automated door & garage locks and thermostat at my vacation home (which I use as a vacation rental). All these features make my life so much easier! My home had plenty of issues with the existing security system (which was not installed by Vigilant) which resulted in a lot of necessary trouble shooting. Brantley the owner and his installer Eduardo were amazing. Eduardo had to make several trips out to the house to deal with the pre-existing issues and went above and beyond what I think an alarm company would do (even co-ordinated a meeting with a Comcast technician to solve a Comcast wiring issue on my behalf)! I would highly recommend Vigilant Security for any type of security work or home automation!

They did a good job. They were very professional.

I love my new security system!  We were closing on a house and only going to be in town a couple days for the closing.  I called Vigilant Security and explained my time constraints.  Brantley, the sales/installation guy, was at the house the day of closing and had the system up and operational within hours.  The system is a snowbird's dream.  Remote access to the security system and camera system, central station reporting ($32 mo).  We can even give access to service vendors remotely!  Bonus, it saves us money on our property insurance too.

It went wonderfully without a hitch! Brantley was extreme professional, knew his systems inside and out. He was effiecient, pleasant, and it was a thoroughly professional installation. I recommend him highly and would recommend him to all friends. I feel confident that I could call him at any time for any assistance I may need.

Even with only a few days notice, Brantley was able to survey the home, provide an economical package price, and install the complete system. He was punctual and professional and did a fine job installing and explaining how the system works. I can access the alarm control, thermostats, and door locks from my cell phone. Just fabulous.
When we return again this winter, we will have him install cameras  so that we can keep an eye on things from up north.

He did a good job. I was satisfied with the service. He was efficient, completed the work, and explained things effectively. It is good quality and still working fine. I also like that he installed a GPS system that was included in the cost.

BRANTLEY OAKLEY PROVIDED THE QUOTE, DID THE WORK AND EXPLINED THE SYSTEM PERFECTLY. ALTHOUGH HE QUOTED BASED ON THE EXISTING SYSTEM ALREADY WORKING AND THEN DISCOVERED THAT IT HAD NEVER BEEN HOOKED UP, LET ALONE COMPLETED, HE INVESTED 1 1/2 DAYS AND DELIVERED A WORKING SYSTEM AS PROMISED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME. HE IS A PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS. WE CAN NOW MONITOR TEMPERATURE AND ALL ACCESS POINTS TO OUR HOME 24/7 FROM ANYWHERE.
