After purchasing the unit, an independent mover broke one of the glass shelves. Owner called to advise us of the issue and immediately ordered replacement shelves from a local glass dealer and will deliver the shelves personally one they are fabricated. Took the initiative to fix the problem and is absorbing the cost. True customer service rarely seen these days.
