They came within a day, found and fixed the leak over the next two days, left my pool area looking like there was no excavation done. Very nice office staff and field workers.

Had another company who advertises to be the "leak detection company the other pool guys go to find leaks" fail terribly at locating the leak, let alone repairing it. Had to find another company through a general contractor I had done work with. Along came Tradewind and they took less then 10 mins to locate the leak then came back the next day to isolate and fix the broken pipe. I watched the process from start to finish and was very impressed (I consider myself to know a little bit about a lot and learned a great deal about how this type of job needs to be done). They had all of the correct equipment, had the patients to pull up deck pavers carefully so not to damage for reinstall, and they clearly knew what they were doing. Clean job, done right, first time........ cant even tell where they did the work.... Bravo Zulu...Tradewind, you are now in my permanent contact list for pool repair.
