Making appointment was fine, but no one was at the location when I arrived (with my toddler). Everything was open, no one in sight, I couldn't call another number other than the one ringing in the office which was so dirty and unprofessional. Owner(?) seemed nice and apologetic once he showed up about 20min later, but took longer than estimated to perform service. No way I would go back here. So disappointed after seeing such high ratings and reviews.

"I told the member that my mechanic was sick. In fact I had just dropped him at his house. I was gone for 15 minutes. My mechanic asked to go to CVS for some acetaminophen which I did. I was at the shop by myself, but got her vehicle in right away. While changing the oil I informed her that her air filter was dirty. The parts house drivers were on lunch break and it took them about 10 minutes longer than usual to deliver her air filter. I gave her a 15 percent discount and yet another discount for the air filter (Trust me she got a very good price) to try and compensate for her time because she was quite upset. I realize its hard to meet everyones expectations. I did not have a chance to sweep my office. Sorry for the dust. I dont used recycled oil like a lot of the other lube joints. I use new only. Sometimes circumstances arise that are beyond my control. Today was such a day in which the circumstances that transpired cost my customer about an extra 25 minutes (approx. I estimated). I am not an express lube. I do oil changes but i do it right and take my time to ensure that it is done properly. My first boss told me that you will not always be able to meet everyones expectations ..all you can do is try. I have many repeat customers who come to me for their oil changes and other repair and maintenance needs. [Member's name removed] I will be happy to give you your next oil change for free because this is your first visit to our shop. If you go anywhere else I wish you luck in your future endaevours Eric"

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. He was a good man. He was responsible and did the job required. He is located in a little bit of an out of the way place that I wouldn't normally stumble across. Because of the package deal, I looked for him, found him and got the work done. I was satisfied with what he did. He was a nice guy.

They were wonderful. I went to a dealer here in Naples to take my car in and the quote was twice as much as this auto service. He was really honest throughout the service. They were just terrific and I will definitely be using them again! The prices and quality of work were amazing. They were able to make an appointment the day I called and within two days my car was in the shop and they were working on it. I received my car back within the next day!

I took my Sienna into the dealer for a recall repair. After 3 hours, they invited me into a cubicle to inform me that the van needed $3500 worth of work. I let them know that I would get a couple more quotes and welcomed them to call me in a week or so. Always skeptical of dealerships, I visited Angie's List and found Topline Auto. Eric (owner) was welcoming, took the time to print out and explain manufacturer recommendations and offered to inspect the van and give us his opinion as to whether it was worth repair or time to trade it in.
After inspection, we agreed to the repairs and he completed the job at HALF the cost quoted by the dealer. I will definitely use Topline for future auto repair / maintenance needs.

They did the work on a SATURDAY without an appointment no less!!! They worked until it was done because they knew that I used my car for work, you don't see that from many shops these days.

Eric was great to deal with. The day before I actually had my car serviced, I stopped in to get an estimate and make an appt. for the next day. Although he was busy and could not take my car that day, he did come out to take a look at what was leaking and insured me that it was safe to drive until fixed. He was very nice about talking to my husband who happened to be out of town and explain all he found and what and why he recommended services. We will definitely follow up with him for future service on the car.

The shop did a good job and called if the repairs were going to cost more than quoted. The price was reasonable and the car was done the same day. I will use this shop again.

Due to the fact that my car would be in the shop for at least several days, I decided to rent a car. Eric arranged for the car rental through Enterprise at a cost of only $25.00/day and gave me a ride to the car rental dealership. I was thrilled to be paying so little for a rental car during the height of the Fl. season. Eric kept me well-informed while he was working on my car and the cost estimates he gave me throughout the process were right on the mark. Without doubt, I'll continue to prevail upon Eric for auto service in the future. He's a skilled mechanic, extremely accomodating, very professional and an all around great guy. What a winning combination!!!

off by the lack of attention and informality. However, I discovered that
the owner is very knowledgable and does give excellent advice. His
one technician also does very good work but not quickly. I was
pleased to see that all of the fluids that they used are the best
available. Also, while the shop and office aren't particularly clean,
the car was kept clean while it was serviced.
When it came time to pay the bill, his computer was infected with a
virus but eventually produced a printout. I did have a coupon which resulted
in a sizable discount--much more than I had expected.
The job took well over two hours but I had some reading material and
puzzles to keep myself occupied. I felt they did an excellent job, but
would be inclined to go elsewhere for a routine oil change.

TopLine Auto & Tire serviced my 2006 Town & Country Mini-van's A/C system and rear shocks. I called Eric at 10:30 with and described the issue as it was detailed to me from a competitive service, and in 1/2 hour he called me back and with a estimate that was more competitive and in the case of the Shocks, a better product.
He got me in that day and arranged a car pick-up from Enterprise just down the road.

Excellent. I also observed his talking to other customers that he could have taken advantage of but explain the service they suggested was not needed. I'm new to Naples and Topline Auto Service will get all of my business. My vehicle was a 2004 Chrysler 300.

Quality service. He did not try to sell other things, like an alignment. He checked for other, possibly hidden defects. Seems like a very honest place.

Called for an estimate and appointment. I was there at 7:55 AM. work started at 8:15 and took about 1 and one half hour. The owner was friendly and explained in detail what would be done. He aso mentioned service things that might be beneficial to prolonging the life of my 2001 Toyota Avalon with 105,000 miles on it. He suggested I add an injector cleaner to the fuel. I purchased that at Cosco and put it in at a later date. In general I was very satisfied with the work.

I brought my car in for brake service. I searched all though Angie's list to find thee best price and most reliable grade auto shop as I am new to the area and need to establish a relationship with a good shop. I know quite a bit about cars and automotive issues so its not easy to fool me. My brakes were squeaking a bit and I had just bought this used car so I wanted a through check out. I was prepared to do both front and rear brakes and had some questions on the front end. I provided ample opportunity for a bunch of work. Eric inspected my car, called right away and told me my breaks shoes were good, I had a leaking cylinder that could be causing the squeak; I approved the cost and he repaired it. I was out in one day and felt good about what had happened. I could have dropped upwards of $500 on stuff I didn't need but he was honest and fixed only what I needed repaired. I will go back again.
