It was a great service, I would recommend them to everyone, he doesn't do new roof, but does a lot of repairs. I asked him to do a new roof for me, he said he would love to do it, but he only does repairs. Excellent provider!

He did a terrific job. Weird things happen to roofs here in Florida. They get rats up in the tiles and everything else. He comes by and gives you the highest price that it could be and goes over it and figures out what needs to be done. I got them on a recommendation and prefer to use them again if needed.

It was great!!! Garth gave me a "Not to Exceed" quote for time a materials of $2650, after estimating all the work that needed to be done. They showed up a few days late due to other work that had to be completed first, and within 13 hours over 2 days time completed my repairs as well as my kids home next door. They said everything went well and a week later I received the bill for the repairs. It came in at only $1500, which was $1150 less then the estimate. A great job, by a fair and honest man, at an unbelievable price!!!!! I had received quotes for as much as $3800 from other services and one low ball estimate at $695 and picked Top Gun because of the knowledge and honesty Garth exhibited about the work. Even at $2650 it would have been worth it. So saving the money was an added benefit. I have recommended Top Gun Roofing to many people already and will continue to do so in the future.

Everything went well until they gave me a bill for work that was already in the contract. They also ran over my neighbors mail box and we had to hold their last draw until if was fixed. More importantly a week after the roof was done we had a good rain storm. I had water running into my living room ceiling and out of the light fixture. I called Garth and he came out and said they had missed sealing a flashing in the roof. He put some sealant in between the shingles and said he would send a drywall man to fix the ceiling.
The drywall man showed up a couple days later and pulled tape off the ceiling in the water stained areas. He said it would be $600 to fix the ceiling. I called Garth and Steve and let them both know what their man had said. I never heard from them again. I repeatedly called them and they consistantly dodged my calls.
I finally got a REAL roofer to fix the problem and then had the ceiling repaired.
Please don't make the mistake of using these people.

Much ado about nothing.

They buyer of my home had a VA loan which was giving me trouble. The first time we had the inspection, Top Gun came out on short notice and fixed the complaints at a reasonable costs. Other estimates were much higher. After the second inspection, the inspector found a new problem. Top Gun called the realitor to explain this was not on the original report. We had a time crunch for repairs so they came out on Saturday to make sure the closing was on time and the cost was less than the estimate. I would definitely use them again.

I have had Top Gun Roofing do repairs for me with excellent results.. His prices are always in line and his service is on time, every time. In comparison shopping I find Top Gun's prices to be a little better considering the time and effort he and his workers take to complete a job, which includes cleaning up after the job is done.

They did a good job and everything is fine until now.

The owner came to my house a day or two after my phone call and said he could do the job immediately. He was somewhat vague on the price, saying it would depend on the extent of the associated roofing repairs. I gave him the go-ahead and a crew showed up a few days later. They replaced the existing skylights, which were leaking, and the owner then told me the job cost $3000.00. When the summer thunderstorm season arrived, the new skylights leaked worse than the original ones. I tried to call Top Gun but could not reach them. Later, I learned that they take the summer off. I then contacted another reputable firm who said that the skylights were the wrong kind for my roof. They installed the right ones and that fixed the problem.
