Went in thinking the watch would need to be opened and stem repaired or replaced.  Instead the attendant instructed me how the watch worked and was able to free the stem without opening the watch.  She also changed the date and re-set the time then put the watch back in its "frozen" position (which is a water deterrent position) now that I know how to free it and re-freeze it going forward.  She easily spent 15 minutes with me explaining everything.  At the end when I asked her how much I owed her for the education she gave me, she replied "nothing".  In my ignorance I could easily have been taken advantage of.  The honesty of this merchant makes them one I will surely remember for any watch/jewelry repair/purchase needs in the future.

He was satisfied with the work done. In the past, we've had them repair a clock and we were satisfied with it. They're a good, reputable company to deal with. As I recall, the price was more than what we expected, but it wasn't exorbitant.

The quality of the work is fine. They have an on-site watch expert and they kind of push you to use their guy on site instead of sending the watch back to the factory. He has not been able to fix my Rolex the way I know it should be running but I know he has helped a lot of other people. Their price is fair.

Sandy is in jewelry business but he's very much into guns and he's certified to provide gun training and gun sales. His son conducted the training for us and my wife purchased the gun from Sandy. We got our money's worth. I'll give the price a B; I always think people charge too much.
