"I'm very sorry to hear of review of our work and don't feel it represents the total scope and quality of the end product given. I spoke with Mr. George only one time and it was not regarding the quality of work but of the time it was taking for the project to begin. It was explained to him that do to changes during the planning process it had prolonged the permitting process from beginning. I offered to refund him his funds up to that point and he declined. I received no complaints of the work in its completion and received complimentary emails from his wife of how nice the project came out. I referred to the wife during the project since the design, directives, and requests were coming from her and not Mr. George. I can understand his aggravation with the time length of the project but there were several set backs do to planning changes and change orders during the build process as well as at the end not to mention the 4 weeks in permitting. I do appreciate the opportunity to have worked with the George's and am very pleased with the modern kitchen and quality of work at the completion of the project but am very sorry of the time line it took but was beyond our control."
