JR and the Supreme team went beyond my expectations when repairing my car from an auto accident. The personal attention and professionalism was excellent and above any other auto repair shop I have dealt with. You're not just a number with JR and his staff, they really care about your needs and it shows in their professionalism and quality work. And my car looks as good as new! The insurance appraiser who handled our claim strongly Supreme Auto Collision of Naples. The shop is a Traveler’s Insurance authorized repair center. They advertise that they keep customers fully informed with emails, photos and phone calls. They were also recommended by the Naples Lexus dealership. My experience with this company was terrible. They continually misled me about their ability to repair my car in a timely fashion and the status of the repair work. I received no photos or emails and phone calls to them were of no use. I finally had to go back to them in person to learn the actual situation. I can’t hold them responsible for the significant additional expenditures I had but I can and do hold them responsible for lying to me. Because they consistently misrepresented the status of my car repair, I was forced to make expensive out-of-pocket last minute changes in important personal plans. In short, it was as bad a customer experience I have ever had.

High quality repair and communication.  The paint match is outstanding and we cannot now tell that any damage occurred.  All necessary parts were replaced with Toyota quality items.  We received updates on how the repair was going, including pictures of what they were doing.  I can say that Supreme Collision did the best job of of any auto body repair I have had done.

The repair work on our BMW looks great. Unfortunately: the first time that we picked-up the car: the headlights/turn signals were not properly working. Had to come back the next day after they corrected that problem. Our insurance company, State Farm, worked well with Supreme in taking care of the claim.

Went to three Angies's List providers and Supreme was by far the best in price, professionalism, and speed.  They took the car in at 8AM and we picked it up 5PM beautifully detailed and vacuumed.

We were very satisfied with Supreme's 12/14 repair on our 2012 Toyota Camry so requested their service for our 2010 Camry. Supreme, again, did a high quality repair at a fair price.  The repair was estimated to take 2 days but we were called at the end of one day when the job was completed early.  As before, the paint and repair was done so well that we cannot tell where the original damage was located.  We received a washed auto like before when picking-up the completed repair.  The repair was more complex but Supreme continued with the best job ever.  We will certainly recommend Supreme to our friends.

Supreme did a quick and high quality repair at a fair price.  I quickly got a cost estimate on Friday and was able to schedule the repair for the following Monday.  The repair was done in one day and Supreme called me when it was done.  The paint and repair matches so well I can not now tell where the original damage was located.  When picking up my auto, I was pleasantly surprised to find that a complete car wash had been done.  During my many years of car ownership, I have had several body repair needs by various companies - Supreme did the best job ever.

I took my 2003 Lexus IS300 to Supreme for a complete paint job and couldn't be happier with the results...and I'm picky. It is a very low mileage car that got the paint beat up in the hot FL sun. They fixed a few minor door dings, repainted the entire car, cleared the foggy headlights and detailed the entire car including under the hood. The car honestly looks like brand new. The paint is completely flawless, lays totally flat, no overspray and looks like a factory job. They even resprayed the black plastic grille and plastic cover around the windshield wipers. The job took about a week and cost me $2000 which is pretty much in line with other local estimates. The reviews here on AL and other places along with the lifetime guarantee cinched the deal for me. Go see JR, he does excellent work.

professional, especially Joe Jimenez. Their estimate was very competitive,
compared to other quotes,  the completed work excellent; You could not tell
that there ever was any damage.On top of that, they cheerfully accepted a
10% off coupon, that I had printed from Angies List.

They are good. I like them. Their work was very good. It was my wife’s car and insurance covered it. I have recommended them to others. Their price is better than everybody else. I would definitely go back there.

Service was performed but the quality was terrible.  Did it too quickly and results were not professional.  I paid, took the car, as I didn't want the hassle.
