I was very impressed. They called when they we on their way. They were on time. They generously cleaned even more than my roof without charging us extra. They set up my lanai, so that nothing would get damaged by the cleaning. They covered my exterior plants. Once the job was complete they cleaned up all of their belongings. They came to the door with an invoice and I paid them. The roof looks beautiful and we sure appreciated their service. Would def recommend them!

The team members that were sent to my home were professional, friendly, and did a good job cleaning my roof, patio, and sidewalk. However, after the cleaning, I developed a large leak in my living room ceiling. (My roof was not damaged during the hurricane; therefore, leading me to believe there was a strong connection between the cleaning and the leak.) Upon discovering the leak, two roofing companies inspected my roof and informed me that there were missing caps, most likely flipped off during the cleaning process. After hearing this analysis, I reached out to the pressure cleaning company and immediately received a call from the owner. After explaining everything to him, I received a "schooling" from him in how this 100% did not result from his cleaning service, and he informed me that the missing shingles must have happened during the hurricane. Based on his explanation, I then questioned why his workers (company) would not have come down from the roof and notified me of the missing shingles so that I could have been presented with the option of not continuing with the cleaning service until this was repaired. His response and defense of his company was that there were too many homes that had missing shingles and therefore did not feel it was necessary to take the time to speak to the home owners first. (I suppose making over $400 for one hour's worth of work was more important than the potential damage and further expense for the home owner.) The owner continued to show frustration and shifted the focus of the conversation to his personal successes. I am also a business owner and my success is based on getting it right 100% of the time. If something is not right, then I explore all possibilities of what may have occurred and I do everything in my power to make it right for the customer. I've never dealt with a company that hangs their hat up and blames the customer without investigating the incident. I offered to send photos of my roof so his workers could look at them, and I was dismissed with, "They probably would not remember your roof." One of two faults occurred, either his workers blew the caps off the roof during the cleaning, or they failed to inform me that the caps were missing and continued to apply the chemicals and cleaning force to the roof. Based on this experience, their stance of being a licensed and insured company that is based on customer satisfaction does not hold true in my experience.

No bucket truck showed up. When asked workers they said it was on the way. Roof cleaned by walking on it which was not what was promised when job booked.

As we spoke on [Member Information Removed] phone, this was purely miscommunication which could have been rectified if you would have asked for your demands when we arrived to [Member Information Removed] job, however you failed to do so. When a customer, as yourself, books a job and wants [Member Information Removed] bucket truck they must ask so we can put them on [Member Information Removed] correct schedule as we have multiple crews. [Member Information Removed] phone receptionist is an owner of [Member Information Removed] company who is more than thorough, so if [Member Information Removed] bucket truck was specified she would have made sure it was there for you. I assure you that your misconception of what you stated on [Member Information Removed] phone weeks prior when you booked was not negligent, deceitful, or incomplete work on our part. Regardless you were present when [Member Information Removed] guys arrived at your property. You state that [Member Information Removed] guys told you [Member Information Removed] bucket truck was “on its way” but that’s a false statement you told, we all know that. If you are going to “bash” my company I respectfully ask that you at least tell [Member Information Removed] truth. If you in fact would have asked about [Member Information Removed] bucket truck prior to starting [Member Information Removed] job and you voiced that you wanted [Member Information Removed] bucket truck we would have happily rescheduled you to [Member Information Removed] proper bucket truck schedule for [Member Information Removed] soonest possible date. However, they spent roughly 3 hours at your property while you were present and it wasn’t an issue until [Member Information Removed] job was complete. What actually happened was they cleaned [Member Information Removed] roof from ladders and delivered [Member Information Removed] same results. For a job like yours, [Member Information Removed] only difference between ladders and [Member Information Removed] bucket truck is [Member Information Removed] time it takes us to clean [Member Information Removed] roof. But finally, when [Member Information Removed] roof was completed you threw a fit about something you ultimately let happen and suggest that you’ll only pay 1/2 [Member Information Removed] price for [Member Information Removed] service or threaten us by bashing us online. Through [Member Information Removed] entire process we were nothing but kind, courteous and professional. You state that our professionalism was an F, Quality F & Price C. We know these grades are way off since we were very professional from start to finish, [Member Information Removed] quality and finished product is perfection and as for [Member Information Removed] price, you were happy with it when we booked. However you failed to grade our Responsiveness & Punctuality. We all know these would be A’s as well however. you fail to see or recognize [Member Information Removed] good in our company because your only mission here is to bash our company, as you threatened to yesterday. You are grading us poorly because you failed to voice your needs before [Member Information Removed] job was started, which if you did we would not have had any issues what-so-ever. Again I genuinely apologize for your dissatisfaction, however your “review” is deceitful and inaccurate of what we provided you."

When I called to ask for service I was quoted a price and told it would take 2 to 3 hours to complete the job. I was also told the product was safe for plants in my yard. I specifically asked the woman and she said they had never had any complaints and was sure it would be okay. The two men took 45 minutes to complete the job. Which was okay for the roof - it is clean. But they didn't spend enough time rinsing off plants outside my house. The product killed several. I had a large jasmine vine that had been growing over the entrance to my house for about 5 years. It is completely dead. Leaves started falling off the next day and now I am removing it. I wish I had known because I would have rinsed them myself. It is the first time I used this company and won't use them again. I paid a lot of money for 45 minutes of work. They could have spent another 30 minutes rinsing the plants.

Technicians who came were friendly, polite, punctual, thorough. But the chemicals they used to clean the roof damaged some plants around threw outside of the house and because they drained into the gutters and out the downspouts, killed a five grass areas about 4 ft x 4 ft each. When I booked the service, I was assured this would not happen. Next time I will use a company with a different process, one that does not kill plants and grass. Or a company that uses this same process but takes care not to get grass and plants damaged

They contacted me and followed up very professionally and scheduled a time and actually showed up on time! Our gutters were very compacted with Pine Needles and not only did they clean and inspect our gutters, they cleaned up the area and patio where they had debris that had fallen. SUPER impressed with them! Would use them again in a second!

Excellent. We wanted our gutters cleaned during the heavy rains and Superior were the only company that we contacted that could help us immediately. We decided to go with a full roof cleaning in the end and Superior gave us a really good deal for the package. We have already recommended them to other people. They are a pleasure to work with from dealing with the office, power wash crew and even the owner of the company was involved. Professional and friendly - they will do all our power wash requirements in the future and certainly recommend them

Brian and Anthony were total professionals, extremely meticulous and hard-working, and very attentive to all of my concerns. Having hired roof cleaning companies every 4-5 years for many years, I am thrilled to say this is the best job I've ever had done. Additionally, because they cleaned my neighbors' properties as well, I was able to see results for lanai, walkway and driveway pressure cleaning as well -- all top rate jobs. I will definitely use them from now on and highly recommend them for other customers. One last note: this is my first experience with the soft wash method, and I'm very impressed. Having had roof leaks in the past from pressure washing experiences, I was amazed at how clean the roof was this time with a biodegradable product and water spray no more powerful than my garden hose would have provided. Great experience!
