Rick, the owner ,showed by his knowledge that he has been in the business for many years. He helped us choose a high quality marine grade hand rail. We had previous seen comments on the Internet about inferior quality hand rails that corroded( Not Sunrise Pools'). He obtained one for us and installed it on time as he promised. The installation appears to be tight and substantial. It has a nice appearance and works well where he placed it. The other work he did for us at the same time was to replace and re grout some of the pool border tiles that had previously become detached. They appear to be properly cemented in place with sufficient grout to make a tight seal.
Although we are pleased with his work and would use his company again we did note that a thin film residue remained on the tiles and when we called him about it he said we should just use some acid on it to clean it off. Also the pool had to be drained and the discharge line was put on our grass rather than woods behind the house and it hurt the grass a bit. He told us that the grass would grow back and that seems to be the case.
Again, would we would have Rick and Sunrise do work for us again because of his experience, knowledge and the obviously good quality of the work he did for us.

The first job the man was fine. He was prompt to our call. He kept my us informed of the wait on the tile because of back order, etc. However, the second we called him to do a different job; he gave a quote over the phone but never came to do the job. We never heard from him after that. We tried calling about two times to see if he was coming to do the job and we never heard from him again.

"As Stated , the first tile repair was excellant .The second call arose from the leaks I detected in the pump room and was in need of more extensive repairs to completely solve the problems . I was never asked to submit a proposal to perform all the work necessary and I felt I did not want to surprise the association with a large bill. Also in conversation my company was asked to deliver chemicals on a retail level .that service is not part of my companies scope .I will submit a bid for repairs if requested. Very unfair rating !"

Sunrise Pools determined that my pool was not leaking, but losing water due to excessive evapo-ration caused by high water temperature and low ambient air temperature. Their analysis was thorough and professional.
