the pool gets out sourced from start to finish, when you have an issue good luck, emails only and josh has moved on to the next job. if they damage your house its on you so read all the small print, 2 years later and i am dealing with the people they out sourced too not them, in my option i should of held back money until the job was done. buyer beware

Suncoast Pools is a very professional agency. Joshua McKenna provided us with a beautiful design for our pool at a very competetive price and was in contact with us throughout the installation. We were given weekly outlines of work to be undertaken. His team of workers were courteous and reliable. Throughout the installation, we sent Suncoast emails giving accolades to their various staff.

The best part of our experience was the delivery of a beautiful pool in 22 days. Suncoast promises you'll swim in 30 days. We were able to swim in 22!days. We highly recommend this company.

The guy that came out to give us an estimate, started talking bad about other companies, that's no the way to do business, I gave the job to another company, they are doing the job as the promised, no hidden fees like this company has, IF I WERE YOU, I STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I have heard from other people that they have had some problems with this company before.

The workers from Suncoast Pool Company come in every week and do what they are supposed to do. They are available when I have a question. They seem truly interested in whether I'm happy with my pool. So far they seem to do a good job. We didn't shop around but I think their price is fine. They have been very punctual and responsive. They are very professional. We have a contract with them and so I will continue to use their services in the future.

I think Anne is the owner and she is fantastic. She has been so good and it is so hard to find someone far away like this that is good. I was just down there this weekend and saw the progress of my pool and before it was green and now it is clear. She did a fantastic job cleaning it. I pay $45 a month for that service and $10 to clean the filters. She is just a sweet person and her professionalism and price is really good.
