chopper/grinderThe base was below the water line and they had no  problem donnind waders and working under the sueface of the water. They cut then dragged the tree across the pond (it was unreachable with their grinding machine) loaded it into their chopper/grinder. Left very little mess considering the messy job. Al the employees were cheerful and helpful and seemed to be having a good time.

Excellent company to do business with. The estimator came out when he said he would. He quoted a very reasonable price and when I asked if he could either cut down the trees by the end of the week or wait a couple of months until the house was vacant. He did have his crew cut down the trees two days later. I have to add that one of these trees was a Palm that was actually touching the side of the house. They got it down without any damage to the house. All the guys were very courteous. They cleaned up completely. I could not recommend a company more highly.

We have used them before and were completely satisfied. Also this time they came as planned to make an estimate and since they just had an opening the job was done on the spot. They had to use a big cherry picker, chopped up all the branches and cleaned the whole area. Very good service at a reasonable price. Will use them again and don't need to look for other offers.

I called them as a  2nd suggestion and Brad came out and he gave me an estimate that was $100.00 cheaper than a previous company for clearing out the areca tree and I decided to go with them. They did come by and they were in the neighborhood only a few blocks away and they had to go out on 20 mile round trip to dump the waste and we have a garden in the neighborhood. I asked a neighbor if they needed some waste and they went to dump it and came back and it took them 20 minutes to clean up the yard. The second part of the deal was to come back and finish two jobs. I did not feel like a valued customer because they kind of put me off and I am not sure if it was a small job that was the issue but they did eventually come to finish the job but I felt like my money wasn’t well spent because I want to feel valued and not making it h****** me to finish the project. I had to call several times for them to come and get the job done before I left out of town.

We have had Sun Country several times over the years, and we have no complaints.  They clean up when they leave--they are licensed and bonded and stand behind their work.

This was my 2nd time using them. They were wonderful, quick and very professional. I will use them again.

As usual, showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do and cleaned up afterwards.  No issues, no problems and everything looked good when they left.

It went extremely well. Showed up on time, did what was contracted to do and cleaned up beyond my expectations. Punctual professional and very polite. Will only call them and refer them in the future to others. You will not go wrong with this company. They do it right the first time unlike so many firms who choose to do it their way.

When I called they immediately offered to come the next morning to do an estimate. We discussed what should be done and this was noted on the estimate. Shortly after leaving I received a call and we discussed the date for the work to be done. They came on time with 4 people and 2 trucks. The trees were trimmed much better than ever before and everything was cleaned before they left. This was definitely the best service we ever had and the price was very reasonable. With their excellent overall performance and good service attitude (others called two days later to come for an estimate) they will be our tree trimmers from now on.

Had consultation with their professional to go over details of trimming beforehand. Workers were on time, knew their jobs, and cleaned the area after the work was done. I requested a few other branches to be taken off and they complied.

They dealt with the utility co.'s so lines were marked. All went well.

They're always excellent and the prices are fair.  I have recommended their service to my friends.

I have used this company several times and am always pleased with the work and price.  The workers are polite and professional.  There is always someone on the crew that speaks English.  I have Carrotwood trees that grow quickly and can get pretty unruly.  The crew trims and shapes the trees beautifully.  They have all of the right equipment to do the job and cleanup.  The office, (BJ), is prompt in returning calls.

Sun Country kept me informed of their schedule and the date that they believed they'd be able to do the work, although there was a little mixup on when they would be here which is why I gave them a B for responsiveness. They were extremely professional and arrived with the right crew and equipment. They used a compact cherry picker and many ropes and pulleys so that the falling branches/trees didn't damage my lanai or house. They completely removed all debris and disposed of it, and did some extras like blowing the pine needles off my roof . It was overall a very positive experience.
