Property Management
This company is unfit to manage properties. The maintenance and repair vendors they use are overpriced and Stock adds an admin fee on top of the billing charges. The rental agent is semi-responsive but never follows up. They have been unable to obtain a market rate lease fee from the past two tenants. Finally, their billing is difficult to understand and they're quick at deducting amounts due but slow at remitting amounts owed.
