He can fix nearly everything except electrical. He is a good guy, is reliable, and communicates very well if there is a problem. I can't say enough about Steve.

He is not cheap, but he gets the job done. He works with realtors. He is very upfront and honest. He works by the hour or by the job, but he is willing to work with you.
