It was average. It was okay. It was not great. They did a pretty good job. The acted professionally. If I brought another house with carpet, I'd probably hire them again.

They did the job. They were supposed to show demo on ceramic floor but did not do that, showed up late for service.

Fine - but they dinged me $20 to clean 2 closets that I considered to be part of the bedrooms. Also, the local franchisee did not honor the national TV promotion

We were very pleased.

I wasn’t terribly crazy about the bill and how it actually turned out at the end. I just think there pricing got you in the door then up charging. We used them in the past & my wife was pretty happy with them.

They were very professional and everything looks great afterwards. The whole process was about 2 hours.

The cost of their service depends. They constantly have specials. So I always call and find out what I need. They just listen to what I want and we kind of come up to an agreement. So the cost varies. Sometimes a special will be three rooms and hallway for like $200. While they're there I'm like, "Please do this. Please do that." And they're like, "Yeah. Okay. Okay." They really have been really, really good. Last service cost $268 and that was for three rooms and a hallway. A month earlier it was $219. I'm pretty sure that was three rooms and a hallway. They come a lot. They provide a great service and high quality. They're very professional. 99% of the times they come exactly when they say. Once in a while you get a call saying, "They can come a few minutes earlier, is that okay?" and then they come. They've very prompt. They have different people come out when they come. They don't always have the same crew.

They did a good job and I would use them again.

They came out, and they didn’t seem to really know what they were doing. They bumbled around. They told me that there were several places that cannot be cleaned, so after they left, I cleaned it. They dropped some kind of bleach when they were around, and the mark is still here.

We used them once and we were not happy. We didn’t pay a lot for the job.  We wanted them to consciously do areas where there is more traffic.  We wanted them to concentrate on areas where there was more traffic and we could see that the traffic hadn’t cleared as much after they left and so we didn’t think it was a very good job. They came when they said that they were going to come and the end result was not that good. Their price was competitive. Their responsiveness was fine. I noticed that when they came in they brought their hoses and they left a really big mark on the side. They could have done a better job of cleaning and packing things up.  They were black marks out there.  I noticed when other people have had carpet cleaning they have not had those same marks. They handled themselves well. 

I would use them again.
