When it was supposedly completed and they were paid in full we made a trip to our condo to see the installation. The door handle was very loose and the door stops were never installed. The stops are integral to the door operation. I called and told them about the missing parts and handle. About a month later someone came over and installed a new handle which was a totally different finish. I called back and asked why was that handle installed and the stops were still not installed. Was told the factory was on vacation and it would be a couple of weeks before they could get the stops. That was in July of last year. I have made several phone calls all unanswered till last week when both my wife and I were promised the owner would call back. Never did. It has been over 7 months since they were paid for this job as as of now it is still not complete. I would never do business with them again as they are totally unresponsive and have been paid for a job they never completed.

We had Southwest Glass to our house to measure for a large
mirror on January 7, 2015. They informed us they would deliver the mirror on or
before January 16th, and we gave them a deposit of $300.00. They
changed the delivery to Jan 20, and we waited all day for them to come, to no
avail. We called the next day and they
said there was a problem with the mirror, but they would deliver it on Jan. 23.
Again we waited all day but no mirror. After repeated calls, they finally agreed
to deliver the mirror on February 7th between 1 and 4 PM. Again we
waited all day but no one came.
This company has proven they are not reliable and we would
implore all to avoid doing business with them.
At this point we would like our deposit returned.
