The door installation was the worst Iâ ve ever seen they over dead and undersold and material quality. The door was incorrectly installed as told by other carpenter friends they were gaps, and they provided a cheap metal threshold where you can see the screws. I spent more time with the owner than they did installing the door. He never came down to see the problem and argued his way through it, also the door came non painted this project needs to be redone by a competent contractor

"Southwest Florida Windows and Doors, LLC, takes pride in our reputation which for over 7 years has been impeccable. Upon review of our customer [Consumer Name Removed]'s file (Philip is his son), there is no outstanding service on his Entry Door. This door was installed correctly, and passed the county inspection without issue. The work was completed on October 23, 2023. We ask all of our customers to complete a "Completion Certificate" grading us on seven different criteria. Why it has taken our customer this long to file a complaint when on my last conversation with him he was happy with the door surprises us. Our company not only offers the standard factory warranty, but we also have an industry leading "Supplemental Warranty" that covers his door tip to toe for 25 years...Parts, Labor, No Trip Charges or Service Calls. If he had an issue, all he needs to do is call us (he also has my direct cell number as all of our customers do) and we would take care of it at no cost to him. This is the first we've heard you have an issue with the door and/or the installation. We stand ready and willing to come out and remedy ANY such issue at your convenience. We highly recommend Southwest Florida Windows and Doors. They are local in Naples, FL. We had hurricane Windows installed. They didn't over promise anything to us. In fact, our windows came in and were installed before the date they estimated without 1 problem. It went perfectly. They also include pulling permit and inspections which other companies we had quotes from didn't. Southwest Florida Windows and Doors also gave us the best price. They offer financing and if you don't finance, they don't require a huge down payment like the other companies that gave us a quote. We couldn't be happier with the new look. Don David was our salesman. He was very professional and honest. They have their own employees that do the installation and don't contract out. Alan Davis is the head installer and we experienced dependable, honest, respectful and hard working team of 4 guys during the installation.L

Good quality door. The installers were extremely clean, and responsible, and made sure the installation damaged as little as possible of the surroundings. My biggest issue was timing, and I can?t blame the business for it. Due to COVID, there was a 6 month delay in getting our sliding door. Again not the businesses fault, although I would have appreciated a bit more communication from the business. Would recommend to anyone who needs doors or window and has a decent budget.

New windows are in! This is quite a process filled with so many decisions. My best decision was selecting Southwest Florida Windows & Doors, LLC. All communication with this company from beginning to end was courteous and timely. Daniel and Corey, the installers, we're professional, experienced, and considerate. They work well as a team. The windows are high impact so fewer worries if a storm is heading my way. The workmanship of the window quality is evident. They are beautiful! They're quiet and my home is well protected. My home looks wonderful and I will enjoy this wise investment for years to come.

Southwest Windows & Door is a very dependable company. They arrived on time cleaned up and went above what we signed on the contract. I had some some extensive repairs that needed to be done before my windows could be installed and they did it with only material cost. The installers were professionals and double check their work.They kept me updated on all progress. If you need Windows give them a call. They are also very reasonable in price.
