Unforeseen delays of abundance work load due to hurricane damage throughout Florida, we had to wait approximately five months before work was started. Was a bit apprehensive at first but was assured by Southern Soffit that we were on his schedule to complete once special order for new vinyl siding was in. We had a temporary fix to protect what was exposed to weather during this period and work started on Monday, May 21, 2018 and was completed on schedule by Thursday same week. Very please with the workmanship and the quality of the workers on site. Every day after work was completed, work area and property was cleaned of any debris and construction material.

I would use them again. They were very fast.

I am not someone that takes the time to write reviews, but this is one company that defies the normal mean when it comes to quality and service orientation.  The owner and his son both took a significant amount of time to describe in detail what I actually needed to do the job "right".  In each of the prior quotations from some of the A rated groups that are listed, not a single one of them suggested a back plate to hold up the heavier and more sturdy 7 inch guttering.  In addition to holding them in a totally horizontal level across distances as far as 70-100 feet, they also provide no ability for the gutter to leak from behind as well.  The total cost of the back plate for the entire house was only $500, and I would not do the job without them.  It is unfortunate that this is only one of many, many companies that I called that even suggested it.
In addition to the work performed, which was simply excellent in the mitre work (which on my home is not an easy task) but in every location that required a specific location for a downspout, they were willing to pull out an entire gutter if I was unhappy with the location.  Some are not as particular as I, but this is a very expensive home and I wanted it the way I wanted it with no changes.  They were more than happy to pull out a gutter and replace it when I saw a downspout I didn't care for.
And I am absolutely 100% convinced that if there is any problem, which I most likely doubt will occur, they will be back out here to fix anything that is needed.
These guys are unique in my view when it comes to this expertise, and although they may be on the higher end of your quotation, there is a reason.  Over the long term, the few hundred bucks you spend will be worth it to you to never have to think about your gutters again.
