Their prices are about average. The quality of their work hasn't been very great. Overall, they're about average. I wouldn't use them again.

Called and ask for an appt. They came within the hour and fixed the problem and didnt charge too much. I really could not ask for more.

They responded in the time promised, however they sent the wrong type water heater with the repairman and the project had to be delayed while the right water heater was obtained. The second heater was damaged in the box, not their fault as the box had no apparent damage. As a result a third trip was required, which only delayed the work an hour. Quality of the repair work was very good and the repairman was pleasant and efficient. The price was $90 higher than quoted due to having to add fittings to connect the existing ECU lines which came as a surprise and seemed high for the small amount of extra work involved since the lines were already there.
