SOFA BEDS & RECLINERS UNLTD

This was the absolute worst buying experience ever!  When ordered we were told it would be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.  Every time we called to see where our stuff was, Lane the "owner" lied, was extremely rude and when we said we wanted to cancel the order he became rude and threatened to take us to court.  I would never go back there and would warn anyone thinking of buying furniture to go somewhere else.  There are plenty of other furniture stores in the area and there is no reason to be treated in such a nasty way.  We did finally get our furniture in November.

to their advertising---unlimited EXCUSES. 
I ordered a sofa bed, from a floor mode, and it had to be made with
custom (in stock) upholstery, at a factory. 
The sales person related that it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. Over half
the cost was left as a deposit and the deal was contracted. 
Approximately 6 weeks later, a store employee called and
advised me that the sofa would be delivered within the next week.  After waiting for that period of time, I
inquired about the status of the merchandises and was told that the furniture
was not ready for delivery (??).  Shortly
afterwards, the store advised that the delay was because the factory had been
on vacation for the July 4th holiday (two weeks).  Subsequent excuses included ?the excessive
rain prevented delivery, from the factory.  
The person who is responsible for forwarding the order, to the factory
had no fax service for THREE WEEKS!
Finally, after making arrangements to have the sofa
delivered, as contracted, the delivery personnel GOT LOST and delayed the delivery by three hours.  Total delivery time eleven weeks-three hours.
Other than the myriad of excuses and delays, the product is
satisfactory.  I would recommend the
product, but would hesitate to advocate the service, if myou planned on
experiencing and efficient operation
