On 3 occasions, the main painter asked if they needed to cover the floors. I said no as new tile would be laid over the top. Upon completion of the painting, my first impression was they had applied more paint to the floor rather than the ceiling and walls. When I questioned the reason, the main painter stated he asked me 3 times of this concern. Unfortunately, I did not realize it would be to this extreme. It was a portion of my fault for not asking. However, I feel he could have divulged more information or explained that an excess of paint would be on the floor. He basically responded that it is the flooring installer's problem now. Another concern was the bath. It felt gritty. Sliding glass doors, windows and mirrors had over spray remaining on them. When I contacted the business, they did not do any follow up.

Superb job by a friendly, skilled English craftsman. He was meticulous about his work and left my house spotless after the job was finished. My Husband and I were very pleased with is work and will be using him again.
