I had taken a pair of green & white golf shoes that looked ready for the garbage bin. Not only were they soled perfectly but the fit better now. So when I received an expensive pair of golf shoes from Italy and they were a bit loose on my feet, I returned to SIlvios where Elena (?) spent about 40 minutes inserting various fillers and inserts to ensure that the shoes now fit perfectly. Her attentiveness and professionalism are top notch. Thanks!

Actually ths is the second pair of shoes i've sent to them after they did such an awesome job on the first pair. The owner said that he couldn't promise me anything, but he would try to repair them. And he over exceeded my expectations. Very honest and lovely family establishment there. Its businesses like this that makes Naples the place to be!!!

They were very accomadating. Despite thye fact that their shop was extremely busy, they agreed to put a rush on my shoes so I could have them before I left on my trip. This is a real old time shoe repair shop, so hard to find these days.
