Everything went extremely well. The Setterquist family - Don, Roberta & their son Dan - were a pleasure to do business with. No wonder they are a successful locally-owned family business that's been here more than 20 years. (Just to be clear: My wife and I are not related to the Setterquist family and have no financial interest in their company.) Their two installers - John and Gukumatz - were friendly, polite, neat, highly skilled workers with a strong work ethic. Before precisely installing the underlayment, bamboo and molding, they removed the old flooring, which was incredibly hard work. In addition, we couldn't believe how quickly they worked. They accomplished everything in just four days. We certainly would hire them again. The bamboo flooring is the first thing seen upon entering our condo. Everyone has remarked on how beautiful it is. We could not be more pleased.
