Elva our sales person was friendly and patient during our decision. Gentlemen that came to due template we're professional and quick. Installers that brought new countertop were also professional and did an absolute great job. Will use them again for our bathroom remodel.

They showed up exactly when they said they were going to,! Performed excellent installation and cleaned up after themselves. They even asked me for a vacuum to clean a little dust that came off of the protector sheet.

I found this company on Angie's List & am so happy I used them. Their pricing was very competitive. But, more importantly, everything went beautifully from templating to installation. Very professional company & employees. I am beyond pleased!

That job was a little bit unusual.  There were several things with normal counter tops that wouldn't have been included so let's just say it was competitive.  The work that was preformed was excellent, the craftsmanship, the workers good, were very good, they did a good job.  There was one problem we had in the size of the counter tops, after they were installed, and there was a slight disagreement with the company on the over hang and the company claimed that we wanted the over hang that we got and it was more than we should have had.  It wasn't specified what the over hang would be and they brought and installed ones that they thought were most appropriate and they turned out to be a larger over hang than is typical for counter top installations but we're very pleased with the counter tops.  They're good quality and the workmanship was good and everything, just a slight disagreement with the exact size of what was installed.   I wouldn't call it a complaint so much and it wasn't something that could be changed, another words they were a certain size and they were installed and you can't go and recut them.  When you have granite or quartz counter top, the size you get is the size you get.  It's not something that can be fixed.  It wasn't a huge deal it just created a couple of little problems.  If someone was to call me up and ask I would recommend them but I'd say make sure you completely understand the dimensions you're going to get, especially the over hang.  They delivered them with a 2 and a half inch over hang and when I looked online I found out that the standard over hang is usually an inch.

Very pleasant experience.  I brought in the measurements, we chose the granite, and set the date for the template construction and the installation.  The technician came and built the template, and one week later they installed ther granite.  The fit was perfect, the workman cleaned up, hauled away the old counter and sink, and everything looked great!

Very professionally done.  Family-owned business with personal attention to customers.  We used them first for a bathroom and later used them again for our kitchen.  They were very patient with our selection process, which we altered a few times along the way.  We will use Rolando and Patricia again.  Great people  Great service.  Great craftsmanship.

Work went very well.  We stayed on schedule with helpful inputs from Mark at Set in Stone.  The installers did a very god job with a very large, heavy piece of granite.   We had a cooktop installed and they did a very god job with the on site cutting.  The experience proved to be minimum stress.

From the very start Mark was very helpful in the showroom and with all the details of the job. All the people associated with the job were professional and punctual. We had a bit of a glitch because when Mario came out to do the template we found out the counter extended out onto our lanai to a bar area. My husband called Mark and they came to an agreement to extend the counter top for an additional price which was very affordable so we agreed to go ahead. Linda in the office was very helpful and did the best she could with my limited work schedule to install. Roy and his crew came out and got right to work tearing out the old counters and installing the new ones. They also helped us with a plumber to install all the new fixtures for the sink and they were great also. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed their services. We need new vanities in our bathrooms too and will use them again in the future.

We remodeled a wet bar and entertainment center area in our family room.  When first visited Set in Stone, we were treated very well, from the receptionist right through the rest of the buying process.  We selected our stone from their inventory, provided with very competitive  prices, and expected completion date.  They performed flawlessly.  The installation went very smoothly and they made sure I was totally satisfied before they left.  Eric, who did the template had years of experience and the slab matched the template perfectly.  If you want a painless project, deal with a company that is responsible for every aspect of the process, from start to finish.  I strongly recommend dealing with a company that has a strong work ethic and has customer satisfaction as one of their primary goals.  Look no further,  visit Set in Stone.  It will be a smart decision you won't regret.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with them. I guess they bill by square-footage. It was only a single person, but he was fantastic. The gentleman has knowledge and he was just great. I decided to choose them because my wife checks the Angie’s List all the time. In whatever we do, we make sure to check Angie’s List first. I recommend them to anyone.

Afterwards, I wrote the following to Mark, the owner. He never bothered to reply.
Mark,
Our installation is now done after three attempts (pieces did not fit). The
countertop had to be revised twice.
And even after revisions the cut out for the sink is not
symmetric, not straight and partly not vertical.
One part of the countertop is narrower in the front than in
the back.
The backsplash is not cut from the part of the slab that we
agreed upon with Roberto.
The crew that came here was basically good, but the
countertop is leaning a bit to the backside, so water on it flows toward the
backsplash, probably because of the weight of the backsplash that was
mounted at the same time as the countertop.
There was no grout in the gap under  the edge of the
countertop.

Set In Stone was terrific. Eight of my neighbors have used them now. They do outstanding work. Their workmanship is very professional. There's nothing wrong with the job. They did a tile backsplash and I loved the way they did the design. Everything was wonderful. I picked out the granite I wanted, but the day I went back to pay my deposit, I saw another granite that I liked better and I changed my mind. It was a couple of days before they were to install it and they changed the granite without a problem. I was thrilled that I could get the other one.

We had purchased a beautiful exotic quartsite stone for our kitchen countertops early in 2013.  After extending the same cabinetry into our breakfast nook area, we contacted Set in Stone in the hope they still had some of the same quartsite stone.   Luckily they did and could provide another great piece for the new cabinetry.  They were very nice to fit this installation in on short notice so I can see it completed prior to going in for major surgery right after Christmas.   Thanks Set in Stone.  It all looks wonderful.

We are very happy with the job.  Our only issue was with the crew that did the demo.  They yanked on the old countertop before turning off the water supply and created a mini flood.  Then they left with the faucet which we had intended to reinstall in the new top.  We called the office immediately to tell them we wanted the faucet and were told they would contact the crew and retain it.  They didn't report in until the next day and said they had dumped the faucet along with the old sink and that we had told them that we did not want the faucet.  A plain lie!  Mark, the owner was a bit slow on accepting this as a lie, but eventually did make it right.  All that aside, we would definitely use Set In Stone again.

There was one piece that needed to be redone - no problem - they redid the piece and installed it with no hassles.
