SecureEye quickly responded to my request to replace my stream directors. After quickly doing that and without initially being told, the technician, Chris, investigated and discovered I needed to have my filter cleaned as it had become so clogged it wasn't working. Additionally, and without my asking, he made suggestions on the pool plumbing which we are initiating next week. This company and technician were truly customer oriented giving outstanding customer service. Highly recommend to all.
