I scheduled the estimate to fix my screen door on a Monday afternoon. I had called 2 times earlier to see if he also replaced lanai screens but no return call.  When he arrived Monday afternoon, he was in a big hurry.  He said he would return the next day around noon. When he didn't show up, I called again at 1 and he said he couldn't make it. I would have expected a call from him and was disappointed.
