James of Sandman Pools serviced my pool since the day I purchased my house. Anything I wanted James was there. If I was coming down for a short visit I would call and he would turn my heater on. Never had a problem with his service. I had him install an automatic pool filler. It never did nor has worked correctly. He was always going to "fix" it. Never did. Since I had moved permanently to this home it was no biggie. I just turned on the water and shut it off when the pool filled. The only difference was I was not going through pool pump motors. Which meant under his care he let my pool level drop to the point the pump was running dry. I felt cheap price to pay for his outstanding service. Then the roof caved in. I wasn't getting any service. My pool kept turning green my filter was no longer being washed. I would text him and he would show up and make it right. Then one time I texted, and I did not receive an answer. We had no more contact. He was cashing my check and doing nothing for the money. I promptly stopped paying and went on the search for a new pool service. James went from the best to worst. I think it's sad for James. But if you no longer want my business have some class and fire me as a customer. Don't make me fire you and you owing me money for failure to service my pool.

Jim came to the house on time. He replaced the pump motor the next day and was on time again. He did a great job and will hire him again in the future if needed.

As indicated above, he provides weekly service of my pool and has for about 8 months now. Before that he had replaced a pump for me and did a wonderful job. Now he replaced a piece of the conduit covering some of the wiring. He came quickly to assess the situation, and as always was extremely professional and efficient and repaired it quickly. His weekly service keeps my pool water clear and sparkling blue! I highly recommend him!

Jim was very professional. I was quoted a price of $175. When he completed the repair work, my doorbell rang. Jim said that he didn't have to spend as much time as he estimated. With this in mind, he said that is charge would be reduced to $150. Wow!

I have Sandman Pools come out weekly for pool maintenance. It cost $85 a month. He does chemicals, cleans skimmers, checks equipment, cleans tile, vacuums the pool and keeps the calcium in check. Even though its not included in the contract he cleans any indication of mold off the pavers. He also bring dog biscuits for the dogs every week.
