I was never charged for any of the follow up visits even though both vets spent time redoing the bandaging. They always had me come in if I had any questions. I felt we were treated well and professionally. I also take my other pets there.

Needed to bring my Molly in for a check up after she was given her first chemo for her lymphoma. All the staff was very concerned about her, but were joyous when it appeared her first chemo from Dr. Ward was working. Dr. Loreman spent a lot of time with us discussing options, answering questions and providing emotional support. Trust me - there are no better vets and staff in the world.

I am a volunteer at a facility that takes care of animals and we have a veterinarian that charges us really low rates. I had a tiny gray kitten that wasn't growing and sick. I took her there, they kept her, hydrated her, gave her medicine, gave me medicine, told me what to do, and the kitten is doing fine. She fits in my hand and her name is Pocket Putty. For all they did, they charged me $14. I had gone to another place near there, took a kitten there, in the same shape and she died, and they charged me $400. I also took a cat from the humane society there, and they charged me $800. They are very compassionate, gentle, and loving. I have taken numerous animals there for spay, neuter, license, shots, and they even gave me vitamins, and it only cost $35. I give them high ratings and will continue to take the animals there.

Treated very professioanlly and courteously on the phone when setting an appointment. The staff is always glad to work around your schedule. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile andall three doggies we taken into an examination room immediately where they were weighed and temps checked prior to the Doctor's arrival. The staff (both Sara and Danni) have developed a great rapport with the doggies and are always so patient.

Dr.Tonya Loreman came in to conduct the exams and laid out treatment options for Princess Buttercup, who had heartworms when we adopted her. Molly has skin problems, so Dr. Loreman suggested a special shampoo and vitamins rather than keeping her on antibiotics permanantly. (By the way, this treatment is working.) This was Radar's first visit and he was treated warmly and tenderly...no issues!

Both Doctor Loreman and Dr. Gothard are excellent at what they do and they train the staff to deliver exceptional customer care as well. You will never feel and quot;rushedand quot; when you visit here. With three doggies, we keep them hopping, but they have built relationships with all three of them and know them by name as soon as we walk in the door. They offer a level of expertise and customer care that is rarely seen these days. You must try them once --- and you will be hooked! And...your pet will love you for giving them the best care in all of Naples....
