Based upon all of the fine reviews and considering that I have a small roof leak/fascia area that needs repair - I telephoned this company yesterday, April 14th so to make an appointment for an estimate hence repairs.
The owner returned my phone call this morning, April 15th and it started out just like this:
"Hello Mrs. XXXX,....... did someone refer you to us?"  I said, "no - but I did get your name off of Angie's list"  the response went like this, "Oh (in a rather apologetic tone) - because we are so busy we only take work from referrals and we have to limit the kinds of calls we can go out on, because we are just so busy......................"
Was I hearing, "what can I do for you today Mrs. XXXX" ?  No - all I could hear on my end of the phone was this guy's tale of woe about how busy he was and that he had to carefully screen who they could and could not do work for because he was so inundated with business.  Evidently, it would not occur to this business owner to just hire more workers - since there are so many people (allegedly) out of work these days ???
Being a business owner myself and being that I really did not wish to hear anymore for he was not eager to discuss the address of my house or a time when he could come out - so the conversation was rudely terminated by me as I simply could not see how things were going to get any better if he did come out to the house, I was already being made to feel as though I should be kissing his feet if he could possibly squeeze me in or even consider doing my job - - - simply because I might be a "referral."  Of course we never got that far - he was too busy telling me how busy he was from the word "go" - I ponder why he even bothered to return my phone call since all he could say is how busy he was and how selective they must be.
I think Angie's List people should get together and try to relieve the burden that this business owner clearly has - - - don't call him, he's just too, too busy, he made that abundantly clear. 
(I know - he's going to rebuke what I am saying here - by claiming something else - but honestly I would loved to have made an appointment with him afterall, that's why I placed the phone call to his company in the first place, as a homeowner, who wants to sit day after day as it rains and witness more damage to their home - but I am never going to hire someone who begins the phone conversation with a guilt trip being laid on me - because his business is thriving beyond what he can handle.  Most would say to him - "don't look a gift-horse in the mouth."  I grew to suspect his comments initially were to allow me to conclude that he could not make an appointment with me anyway - which is the only sound reason any business owner would start a phone conversation out in such a manner - it's called connecting the dots.)

Ed(the owner) called me and within a day came over and inspected my roof.  Ed gave me the great news that the area on the roof without tiles was a place roofers call a "cricket", it is not supposed to have tiles because of the slope in that spot.  Ed went on to inspect my entire roof and told me my roof was in great shape and would probably not need replacement for years.
Ed did not charge me a penny for his inspection.  I highly recommend this man of integrity.

Ed Brunsman and his team are very professional and due an excellent job.  They show up when they say they will, they clean up and do a very professional job in addition to guaranteeing their work.

Promptly came over and gave estimate. I accepted and work was done on date promised. Owner Ed Brunsman exhibited impressive knowledge with respect to this kind of work and was a pleasure to work with.

Crew arrived on time and went straight to work with out fooling around. Business owner Ed Brunsman appeared  about 30 minutes later to insure the crew were working on what they were supposed to and introduce himself to us in person as all our contact up to that point had been over the telephone. His crew was on site for several hours and kept at it the entire time. Ed returned two more times to check on progress and was on site when his crew finished.  All in all an excellent and painless job.

Replaced a bunch of completely broken tiles & glued back the ones they could salvage. Showed up when he said they would and did the job for a fair price. I will never again hire anyone to pressure clean my roof because of the extensive damage done walking on it. These guys made it like new. I could not be more satisfied.

So far, so good - I'm always leery of writing a review immediately after service, because sometimes problems occur later.  And in this case, the product applied can take up to six months to fully work - so this review will apply to the "business side" of the transaction only.  Ed (the owner) was everything you'd want in a service provider:  punctual, knowledgable and professional.  We recently purchased this home and needed the roof cleaned.  The idea of an alternative to pressure washing intrigued me - I wanted to avoid any unnecessary stress on what I thought was a 20 year old roof.  So I called this company to find out more about their "Bio Cleaning Solution."  But that turned out to be just one part of the job.  Ed, being a licensed roofing inspector, did a thorough walk-around and reviewed the roofing sections in our pre-purchase Inspection Report.  He looked into problems that were noted in the report, and recommended fixes (which involved removing tiles, replacing roof surface, and reinstalling tiles.  He and his team arrived as promised and was able to do the repairs for less than estimated (when does THAT ever happen?)  He told us our roof was only about 10-15 years old and had a lot of life left.  I felt very confident in his abilities - a great experience (so far).  Now, we just have to have patience (and rain) to fully activate the bio-cleaner he applied to the roof.  But I feel good about the prognosis.

I didn't want to pressure clean my roof for many reasons.  The primary reason is that pressure washing shortens the life of the felt under the roof tiles.   I found 3 companies that performed this kind of service and got bids from them.  I was the most impressed with Ed Brunsman and he was the most competitive.  He showed up on time and brought his light weight roof walker to walk the job.  
I talked to Ed while his employee inspected the roof.  He told me the price would be $600, but he wanted to weight for the roof walkers report.  He is a really nice guy and very professional.
The roof walker, I can't remember his name, estimated the job and saw some flashings that need to be sealed and also some vents then needed sealing.  No problem, he included those repairs in the quote at no charge. 
The bio roof cleaning product is terrific.  Applied in March and it cleaned up very well, except for a small area that the sun doesn't get to much.  I called Ed and he sent the roof walker out the next day.  He came out and personally checked the roof.  He said the process was still working but he would send the roof walker back and do a touch up just in case.  The roof looks great.
His employees are courteous and personable.  
I will use Roof Inspection Plus again for any roofing needs.
  

Ed Brunsman came out to the house himself only a few days after my initial call for an estimate.  He explained what he found on the roof, including one area that we knew was suspicious for leaks.  He also told us that his company was using a product called Spray and Forget for cleaning, which can be found at Home Depot, and he had great success with it.  It seems that the product requires a lot of rain to work, so he prefers to do it in the rainy season.  Unfortunately, it stopped raining here and we have had beautiful weather since the application, but we trust that it will work.  Some of the product dripped onto our concrete lanai, and Ed suggested we hose it down if it was unsightly, otherwise the rain would take care of it.  Not wishing to wait for the nonexistent rain, we hosed it down and the area was sparkling clean, which we hope/trust will happen with the roof when it rains.  Along with the invoice for the repair of the rotted area on the roof ($1,400 required removing tiles, removing plywood, repair, replace, patch up) he included photos of all stages.  The cleaning ($800) was done with repair and replacement of loose tiles and concrete at no additional cost.  We were very pleased with Ed's professionalism and responsiveness, as well as a detailed explanation of everything he intended to do.  I feel confident that if we have lots of rain and the roof remains black, he will reapply the product if need be.  When I call him on his cell phone, he gets right back to me.....something that is very rare and very important these days.

Time will tell.  The technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and were on time.  We will not know for a few weeks whether the product will work as it takes time and rainfalls to be totally effective.

Ed Brunsman came to oversee the jobs in both cases.  First was a repair of a roof leak that uncovered other damage resulting from faulty roof installation around our cupola.  Ed made some custom flashing to seal around our cupola and installed a flexible membraen to prevent future problems.  He also identified two other roof problems--again resulting from poor initial installation and made repairs to both on a second visit.  One was so bad that a section of underlayment was rotted out and required replacing.  Ed knows roofing better than any other roof contractor that I have worked with--I highly recommend him for a good job and an honest assessment of what requires repair.

Excellent.  Came on time, did what he promised and explained everything clearly to us.  Took pictures to show us what he'd done.

Terrific experience overall. Would not want to use anyone else. Highest possible quality work along with professional guiding through design process.

Informed frequently as to timing and work in process to completion.  Price was not lowest but considering analysis of detail work done when compared to other proposals, it was better value/quality.

He is really good. He even sent me pictures of the work before and after. He is very thorough and quick and included a 3yr guarentee of his work on the invoice.

His crew was punctual, clean, efficient and professional in every way.  The estimate I received was significantly less than others we received for the quality of the work and was right on.  In addition, Ed Brunsman was a delight to work with.  He is an experienced roofer in this area for many years and a very reputable gentleman.  He made several suggestions which I fortunately accepted.  I'm very happy I did as we are thrilled with the end results. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.   We had experienced a roofing problem (leak) which a succession of other roofers were never able to permanently correct successfully over the years.  So my opinion of Naples roofers was less than enthusiastic until I was fortunate enough to get a recommendation to Ed Brunsman.
