Rollsecure Shutters has been serving SW Florida for over 20 years. We install several makes of hurricane shutters, impact and non-impact glass and screens. Rollsecure is fully licensed and insured and unlike other competitors we use no subcontractors. Rest assured everyone who visits your home is a Rollsecure employee.

Robert Farrell handled all the paper work, from approval by the HOA to the building permits. Whenever any questions or concerns came up he called back right away and handled everything exceedingly well.

The Sales people were very helpfu in the beginning as we tried to decide what was the best approach for our particular installation. Regarding the installation they did an excellent job and while there were a few punchlist items at the end, they were all cleaned up after we discussed with Sales. All this work was accomplished without our involvement since we were not moved in yet. They were very trustworthy and I would definitely use them again when service is required

Sales person good and installation crew friendly. Appeared to be good quality. Electric shutter failed in about 13 months, did not stop and roller went up in cover. Informed by women on the other end that the warranty was only one year and gave an estimate of repair cost that appeared excessive to me. She also said if it may require two people to make the repair which would cost more. This was a single hung door. I questioned the quality at which time she started arguing for no reason and hung up on me. Would never use or recommend the company in future. I had the 13 month old unit repaired at a much lower cost than their estimates.

"I am sorry for the delayed response. We do offer a 20-year pro-rated warranty, the labor is only covered for the first year. You should only have been quoted for the labor costs which are $95 or $150 per hour depending on the need for 1 or 2 men. In your case you probably only needed one man, however she was more than likely just trying to make sure there were no surprises for you. I do apologize for her behavior."

I thought they were great. Paul was professional, available and took care of everything including approval from the community. The shutters look great. The installation was completed on time to my satisfaction. They were very nice people. The crew was terrific. The follow up and office staff was good.
