Hired because all reviews were very good. My experience was NOT. Only explanation is that Jonny takes care with returning customers and I hired for a one time cleaning. Johnny estimated 6-8 hours of cleaning required at $180. I as ready at 8:30 AM. Called Johnny at 8:45. Time changed to 1:00PM after crew did morning jobs. Expressed concern that there would not be enough time. J. assured me he would bring 6 crew members and could finish in one afternoon. Showed up at 12:30 with 2 women. Johnny worked with them and left after 1:20 minutes. -didn't vacuum under bed !! found old paper under there after I checked. -didn't clean toilet bases!! They were full of white dust. -Found thick layer of white dust in bathroom corner. -vacuumed 3 out of 4 patio slider tracks. -did not put furniture and a few other items back where it was. NOT deep clean. Yes rush job. Left 2 messages asking Johnny to contact me before I wrote my review. Never called me back.

It was excellent. I've lived there five years and never had the windows so clean until after they left and they did it in less than 2 years.

Typically we wash windows inside and out for a basic 2000 sq ft home for less money. However your Luxury 2 story Townhouse sits by itself and has windows and french glass doors on both floors in all four sides with balconies; that is mainly the reason for the extra charge due to the time involved to properly wash them. For your next window cleaning; we will be happy to offer you a 10% discount. Our company will be delighted to be of service anytime you need us. Have a wonderful Day."

Excellent! Always prompt, professional and polite! I receive a reminder text two days before the crew is coming advising me of the arrival time. They are in and out in about an hour and the cleaning is always completed to my standards. We have made arrangements so if we are not home the cleaning crew can let themselves in, clean and lock up on the way out.

The owner was prompt and professional when I interviewed him. Very specific of what would be done and when. I spoke to one of his other clients and the gentleman couldn't have given a better recommendation. I've been using him since April and am very pleased. Nice to know that his company can perform many different services at reasonable rates.

Johnny advised I would need 6-8 hours for the job. Appt was made for 8:30 AM on 3/9. At 8:45, I called and Johnny told me he will come at 1:00PM instead. I voiced concern that there would not be time to do the job. Johnny said he would come with crew of 6 and there would be no problem. At 12:30, Johnny came with 2 women and he cleaned with them for 1 hour and 20 minutes. -Did NOT vacuum under bed as evidenced by dusty piece of paper found after he left. -Did NOT vacuum base of toilets, only tops. -Did 3 out of 4 slider door tracks. -Found layer of white construction dust in corner (see photo) -Did NOT put things back where they where. This was not a deep clean. It was a rush job in 1 hour and 20 minutes. I hired this company because of the great reviews on Angies List. The only explanation I can think of for my negative experience is that most of the reviews were for steady customers. My job was for one time, nevertheless, I paid good money. Lastly, I left 2 messages for Johnny saying I wanted to discuss my issues before I wrote my review. Never heard back.

I live in a brand new development in Fort Myers called Summerlin Place and I was looking for a company to help keep my brand new home home looking beautiful! A co worker recommended referred 2 clean and they did not disappoint! Mr. Blanco promptly returned my call and we went over the details of what I wanted done in my house. He quoted me a fair price and we set up a time. He and his crew came last week and they were extremely professional and their attention to detail is like nothing I have ever seen! I am extremely happy with this company and I highly recommend their services!
