Interior Design and Decorating
He would falsify prices and add on costs that were incorrect, he falsified billing. The subcontractors were slimy and I tried, short of litigation, to get my money back. I even called the cops and that got him thrown out of the building that he worked out of. He lied and claimed he has a designer license in Florida and he doesn't. I called the state. He would hire subcontractors and not pay them. Reed Design and his worker are crooks!
