Mike came to our house to check out what we thought was mold. He checked it out and told us he was positive that it was not mold. He used some kind of tool to check for moisture in the walls and found none. He said we could have him do a test on it to find out for sure but said it would be a waste of our money. He charged nothing for coming to check and was very nice and helpful. We would recommend him to anyone who needed someone for mold problems. We told him that when he was at our home.

I did the initial hiring for testing. My landlord then chose a different company to do the actual mold removal.
