Red Apple Restoration

My experience with Lori and Michael have been excellent so far but we are now waiting for lab results to proceed with whatever needs (or does not need) to be taken care of. I'm very confident that everything will be done to my satisfaction in a timely manner....... They are efficient, professional but still friendly, very prompt and honest.

We are just back in our home after Hurricane Ian. I called Red Apple, explained my situation - stench in my attached garage that was entering my home. My husband is a cancer patient. Red Apple came the next day and sent their workers the following day to clean, & remediate mold & standing water left over from Ian. Very pleased with their work & employees!

This companyâ s employees are first class. From beginning to end everything was even better than I expected. I highly recommend them. Thanks to Bill for his excellent work and wonderful attitude and to Lois for working through the negotiations with me. She sensed what I wanted and came up with a price that was acceptable.

Mike explained everything that was needed and how they would perform that function very clearly. He was upfront about what to expect and was true to his word. Very professional and very easy to talk to about our concerns.

Lois and Sean are easy to work with because they are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was in the process of moving and needed to have minor mold treatment in the attic along with some drywall replacement around the skylight. I was also going to be out of town. Everything went well, the closing took place as scheduled.

They were absolutely the kindest ,most considerate men Iâ ve seen and a long time. I really appreciate the way they wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work. Simply great!!

When they first gave me an estimate, it was more than I was expecting and willing to pay. I got an estimate from a different company and compared that with Hamco. In summary, Hamco modified their pricing and was able to quote me under $1,000. Mike was my service provider. He kept me well informed. The project was minimally intrusive. Good work.

Was supposed to be a two person job but only one guy showed. Was really nice and personable and didn't complain - just did the work. Probably took a bit longer than if both were there, but it worked out well. Took time to explain everything to me.
