The tile removal went ok, but the wood installation was a nightmare. The wood, once installed, did not adhere to the sub floor. It took months to get the company to address the problem. The company insisted it was not at fault and that it was a problem with the glue used. The company finally did do the installation over again but it still was not satisfactory.

I had some hurricane windows installed, and they moved a desk in the process and it broke portions of my hard wood floor. They did it for about a quarter of the price of the other company I looked at. They did a really great job fixing it.
