The landscaping package is part of our HOA fees. They have done a horrible job of maintaining the landscaping at Summit Place in Naples, FL. Upon my request for branches to be trimmed, they did not notify me when, and came over, took a chain saw and cut the tree in HALF! It fell on the roof breaking tiles. They refused to fix the tiles (these are single family homes, NOT condos) and would not replace the tree, or offer any solution. Horrible unprofessional and completely incompetent as a landscaper. This company's skills end at mowing lawns and trimming edges. When questioned about the lack of tree trimming, or ornamental maintenance, we are repeatedly told "R & N is merely a rudimentary lawn maintenance company" WOW! well then stop trying to maintain all the common grounds in HOA's. Go mow lawns at schoolyards.
