Pure Pressure Cleaning LLC

The pressure wash went fine. He did a good job and was on time
     The painting is another story.  After he took my deposit, he was supposed to come on TU to prepare the surface for the painting (2 coats) on TH.  He did not show up or call on Tu or WED.  Wed evening I called to find out what was going on.  He said he would come in the morning to wash, then paint when it was dry.  He did show up for the washing, but he sent someone else to do the painting who started about 5 PM.  By the time he finished it was completely dark and I have no lighting on the cage. 
     I had previously told Brian that the only day I would not be home for work to be done was FR.  He showed up at 10:30 AM and was angry because I was not there.  (He texted me, so I know the time.)  He said he would come on Sat. to finish.  He canceled on Sat because of a "family emergency" and rescheduled for Monday.  On Sun. he called and texted that he wanted to come and "get it over with."  He did come and apply the second coat of paint, which looks fine.
     Meanwhile, all of my outdoor furniture had been out on the lawn.  The paint we used has to sit for three days before the furniture can be put back.  When he left on Sun, Brian said he'd be back on Wed. to put the furniture back inside for me.  (It's too heavy for me to move by myself.)  That's the last I saw of him.  Once he had his money, he was GONE!!!! Finallly, I imposed on my neighbors and they helped me with the furniture.      
     Although the floor looks fine, I would never hire this person again.  He is immature and unprofessional.  He seems to think that as long as he shows up at some point and does the work, everything is fine.  No need to call or explain, just show up whenever it suits him.  I think not showing up to replace the furniture was inexcusable.  He's well aware that as a 70 year old woman, I'm not strong enough to do it.  Besides, it was part of the job.
