I recently purchased a new Two Stage Trane AC unit from Pure Air in Naples. I’m happy to say the experience was a positive one. The sales representative (Novie) was fantastic. He visited my home to assess my needs, provided me with literature on recommended systems, patiently answered my many questions and provided a detailed estimate of the services that would be provided. The installation team (led by AJ) was wonderful. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and respectful. They completed a full system review with me, explained the features of my new thermostat and showed me how to operate the schedule features. They were meticulous while they were working and cleaned everything up before they left. The company completed all of the warranty registration for my new unit and sent me copies for my records. They followed up with me a few days after the installation to make sure that the system was operating well and to obtain feedback on the installation and their team. I would highly recommend Pure Air for your air conditioning needs.

Michael Elkins was an excellent sales representative for Pure Air. He explained the quote thoroughly and was completely accurate on what to expect on the day of installation. The two guys that came to install my new unit today, Harrison and Hunter, were excellent! They were very professional, neat and worked extremely well together. They cleaned up any mess they made inside and out of the house. Hunter explained the programming of my new thermostat easily. He even set up the new daily program for me. I would definitely recommend pure air to any family, friends or neighbors that needed a/c help. Thank you Michael, Harrison and Hunter...EXCELLENT job!

Pure Air stepped up to the plate within 24 hrs of CoolAir letting us down with the installation. I had had a quote from Michael at Pure Air prior to the installation, it was a good quote but I decided to go with CoolAir, a regretable mistake. we had gone almost a full week without AC and were informed by CoolAir it would be a further 3 days till they had the necessary parts. I called Michael at Pure Air and he was confident he could get the AC organised for the next day. To his word they arrived the next day and fitted the AC (which was a better quality unit than CoolAir and only a few hundred more expensive). I believe the quality of the fitting and the quality of the Trane system installed is of the best quality. Clean working and clean installation. I would like to thank Michael and the fitting team for having the greatest professional attitude to looking after their customers and high standard of work. I would highly recommend Pure Air for fitting and maintenance.

Pure Air installed a new air conditioner in early 2016 and maintained the system for 2 years. Our pan overflowed in October 2018, the system was designed to give a warning and shut down. This did not happen~~causing major water damage. After a supervisor came to the house we were told the system had not been set up correctly. A mold mediator was called due to the damage, discovered that the ducting had been improperly installed. There was ducting that had not been connected, laying over beams in the attic, with no saddles leaving the ducting laying on the insulation. Previous air conditioners were left in the attic. HVAC Engineer report was done to find damage and necessary repair. The cost to replace and properly duct the home was over $9500. This was not covered by insurance and Pure Air will not handle payment. Damage and Temporary housing for mold and water damage is now over $100,000.00. After Pure Airs initial visit for the pan, no phone calls would be returned. Warning~ Warning I am willing to provide the HVAC Engineer Report with pictures.
