fine not perfect but well done

It went well. But their offers were limited.

We take it in steps. They were out last year for the master and the living room and this year for the other 2 bedrooms. What I like the most about Pro Floors is the quality of their work, scheduling, communicating, and their reliability. There is nothing they need to do to improve on. I will continue to use them in the future because they are reliable. Something they could do to get a better letter grade is their price. In other words, you give me some really great sale. We went back to deal with them again. That’s how much we thought of them. My husband handles more of this stuff, but I am more of a bargainer.

ProFloors did an excellent job replacing a large section of a damaged wood floor in the kitchen of our Naples condo. I had ordered the wood materials elsewhere but decided to use a different installer, and hired ProFloors. Rick Migal of ProFloors was very thorough and professional. He always followed up, returned phone calls, and generally went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out well. The company's installer, Calvin, did a great job of blending the new and existing wood, and the floor looks great. All in all, their professionalism made a difficult project very manageable.

Estimate for the project was for 2 people, 3 to 31/2 hours of labor,$ 250.00 to $350.00.
2 people arrived on time, did a good job (gave each a generous tip) They were done in
less than 1 hour!! To my surprise, I received, after a long wait, an invoice of $350.00.
If anything, I would have expected an invoice much closer to the $250.00 range. I expressed
my feelings to John, but wound up paying the full amount anyway, leaving me a very unhappy costumer.

Verified and bid on replacement of flooring. I assure you should we replace the flooring, we will use this company. Very Very professional and reasonable

Engineered hardwood was installed in entire house nearly 2000 sq. ft. The communication was excellent. Two days of demolition went smoothly. They accommodated us by leaving bedroom for living. All furniture was moved into garage. Installers were very considerate working around our needs. Kept us up to date on scheduling and when they would arrive. Installer did an artful job. I have had floors installed before, but the level of detail here surpassed anything in my previous experience. In removing old rugs, a leak was discovered. They worked with us to solve the problem. Moved all furniture back to its place. For a large, disruptive job, they were exceptionally considerate. Now we have beautiful floors. An excellent experience from start to finish. I would recommend them highly for hardwood floor installation.

Ricky Migal went way out of his way to find a way to make this job affordable for me.  We had a limited budget and he worked with me to get exactly what I wanted.
The installers were professional and did an excellent job.  They worked hard and fast and left he house in great shape.  We have a beautiful new floor that we love.

On December 9 I first consulted with Rick at Pro Floors office.  We discussed removal of old, chipping tile and replacement of the tile with laminate I'd already purchased and he set up the date of January 4 for the beginning of the tile removal.  The technicians arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m., removed furniture and carefully sealed entrances to adjacent rooms.  The process of tile removal began on Jan. 4, and was totally finished on January 5.  Much care was taken to ensure pictures were returned exactly to their proper places on walls (they took digital photos to ensure proper placement), furniture was carefully moved.  They also cleaned thoroughly as the work progressed.  Installation began on January 5th and the final finishing pieces were installed on January 6.  The technicians were pleasant, polite gentlemen who took great care with all aspects of this job.
This was the third flooring installation company I had contacted, and both the pricing and the customer service were exemplary in all areas.  I would highly recommend this firm.

Very well

This job was accomplished while we were out of town and they kept us up to date with photos of their progress.  There wer no major problems and the installation looks great.  The work was accomplished in less than a week and the room was restored to it's original condition with all furniture replaced properly.

When we went to the show room we had pre-conceived ideas of what we needed. Our consultant, Jeff Robinson, listened carefully to our needs and came up with a good alternative which saved us money. We were able to take several samples home to see them in place,
There was a minor scheduling hiccup, but the installers were punctual, polite, tidy and reasonably quick.
6 months later we are extremely happy with the look and feel of our new floor!

After  making first contact we went to their showroom to pick the flooring. A week later they came in, removed carpeting and leveled the concrete floor. Installed hardwood the first day and came back to install trim and caulk it.  Neat and professional!!
Like the job so much contacted the again and ha another room done..

We finally reached out to Angies list and found Pro Floors. We had visited several other vendors and received conflicting information and in some cases poor service. Cedric and Jeff at Pro Floors explained to us the difference in the different types of flooring. We have unique with having 3 dogs which every so often have a liquid accident. They recommended a vinyl product that looks like wood yet is impervious to water. We purchased it on the spot. You get what you pay for service and great quality. Jeff actually came to our house and measured correctly and found the house to be 300 feet smaller than we originally thought. This saved us $1000 approximately. I highly recommend Pro Floors and would definitely use them in the future.

Pro Floors and Jeff did a wonderful job. The quality of service was fantastic. Jeff kept things going smoothly. Even when my condo association was taking their time getting things oked for the installation Jeff kept me cool. I would definitely use them again.

Cedric came to our home after our visit to his showroom.  He measured the room and checked for moisture and explained its importance.  He stayed until all our questions were answered.  The next day we received his estimate on-line as we had requested.  We visited the showroom once more to discuss the underpad/lack of underpad.  We scheduled the start date .  He called us twice to confirm the arrival of the wood at his shop and again to confirm the start date.  There was never any pressure to make any quick decisions.  He also gave us the Angie's list discount.  The men arrived on time on the start date and worked steadily until the installation was completed.  They cleaned the floor and removed all debris and even broomed our driveway where they had cut the wood to fit in places. They offered to help replace the furniture in the room, but we were expecting painters a couple of days later, so we declined their offer.
