Martin responded very promptly to our request to view properties in the Fort Myers Beach area. He also directed us to other properties he thought would meet our requirements. This was all done on a very tight timescale as we were due to return to the U.K. Martin negotiated a very good price on the property we decided to purchase. He kept in constant contact with us, clarifying any matters we were unsure of. The property became ours only 12 days after our offer was accepted. Martin's assistance to us was invaluable and we are very happy to recommend him.
