Premier was performing weekly service on my pool and was doing a good job, except for leaving the pool deck dirty after servicing. However, when I was told that my "filter" (not the filter medium) required replacing for over $900, I got the feeling I was being "ripped off." When another inspector told me there was nothing wrong with the filter, I was still told I needed to replace a brand new filter element for ~$150. Once again, the filter element was brand new and in pristine condition. Enough said.

We are not full time residents and many time Premier Pool has (1) informed us of problems with our pool; (2) recommended repairs and (3) repaired the issues. We trust them implicitly.

This is a salt water pool which requires monitoring of the salt level in ppm.  The technician took an incorrect salt reading and didn't check the electronic salt level meter which had been calibrated.  He added too much salt which sent the system into fault mode.  We informed the technician right away and he insisted he was right.  I complained to the office, and they promptly sent another technician to correct the matter.  This involved partially draining the pool and adding fresh water. We requested that our former technician service us going forward, since he had never made a mistake like this.  The company responded by refusing us service going forward.  So:  we have to find another pool service because we complained.

Premier Pool shows up as scheduled every time and provides excellent service.  In addition, while were out of town they noticed a problem with our pool pump.  We were called; the problem was explained as well as several solutions.  We agreed to a plan of action and they took care of everything.

I have always been very pleased with the service. Someone comes out every Monday at the same time. They do the job and never bother us at all. It is nice to know you are getting great service with no hassle. I am also very pleased with their payment options. They have always been very understanding and reasonable regarding payments. I have been a client for 2 years.
