This has been the most awful experience we have ever been through. Mike Lavery is an extremely dishonest business man. He didn't pay the sub contractors or for most of the materials despite being paid in full. He left the job unfinished. The work which he did complete has to be completely redone. He used cheap materials and did sub par work. The banister and the new stairwell had to be rebuilt 3 times. The first time was not up to code. The second time the post fell over. And he left it unfinished the third time. He installed the wrong cabinetry in the bathroom. He was told it was wrong 3 times before he installed it. We came home one day, he installed in anyway. They left so many hollow tiles and chips in our floor the entire thing has to be replaced. They splashed stain on our newly painted walls. They left drywall unfinished. There is so much more. It is costing us more than $20,000 to fix all of the mess Precision builders left in its wake. RUN do not walk away from Mike Lavery and Precision Builders of Naples. Beware.
