Pool and Patio Works

After nearly one year - their technician was so lazy and so pathetic, to where he allowed the water level to drop so low to where they actually burned up our pool motor. We contacted them to ask them to add water to which we later found a note written by the technician "please add water" after he had already put the hose in the pool but just never bothered to turn it on. The owner and the entire staff is lousy - they tried to get us to pay an invoice for new equipment at a cost of over $1300.00 - - - we fired them, and they still showed up at the property - to do what, we have no clue, then we were rudely accused of being "senile" when we told the technician that he had been fired and had no business on our property - - - rude and arrogant are the best way to describe this pool company - - - don't use this company for anything !!!! We paid roughly $95.00 per month for pool service - over the course of about a year, plus some extras that they managed to tack on, would total about $1200.00.
