Jose and Suzanne set out to be the plumbing company we all wish for. Plumex has fully succeeded. They go way above and beyond to make sure every customer is treated like family. I k ow the work will be done to perfection and Jose will always come back immediately if anything needs to be adjusted. They are fair, priced appropriately and unbelievably reliable.

I called Suzanne after hours and she picked up the phone! This alone warrants 5 stars! I was very surprised since most places use answering services or you'll get a recording. Suzanne indicated when the plumber would be arriving at my place the next day. She called to tell me Jose was on the way. Once Jose arrived, he called me to explain what needed to be done to repair my toilet. I can't recommend Plumex Plumbing enough! They were responsive, knowledgeable and got the job done!

he is amazing and I will never hire another plumber aside from him he is phenomenal he comes back immediately if there is a problem and he is always on time and the price was reasonable also he is professional
