 + -1 moreIf it gets to the pint where saying "no" is just ignoring a customer then this is the worst of ignorance. Pick up the phone, be man and say you aren't interested or can't do it. Don;t handle it like a little child. IGNORING a customer? That's just ignorant,.
Description of Work: Had a nice leak in m roof and needed some help. Called the office and a nice woman said she would have "him" who ever "him" is call me back, he never did. Called back the next day and lefty a message, perhaps he got tied up. Never got a call back
