Great. This is the way business should be done. I called in with an icemaker problem. Keith asked questions and suggested I might be able to solve it myself. He was right. I am all thumbs, but I still was able to fix it. He saved me a service call and the hassle of waiting for a serviceman to show up. John

We were very glad we found this company to replace our old washing machine. We looked at the value of replacing the parts versus getting one from them at a really good price, and decided to buy this instead. We are glad we did.
