He is very honest. He works quickly and efficiently, making his fees very minimal. He really knows his stuff! He shows up on time and will have already gathered his materials ahead of time. He will come out for emergencies right away. He will find someone that you can trust if he himself doesn't specialize in that repair. His experience really shows through. He repaired things like a basket, picture frames, and other odds and ends that I was amazed with. I usually email him my checklist ahead of time and he shows up very prepared. He can also do larger projects, like concrete repair. That's his specialty.
